I dont knew that why people said that ebay is not a good website for shopping they said that ebay fraud with them and not eilable for return defective product but I cant observe this thinks. I giving you super detail then you only shop wuth ebay first thing if you received defective product then you call customer care and said them I received wrong product and said I want return back. they tell you ok I will contact seller for accept return and they tell you can call after 3-4days for confirmation. they tell you the seller is not respond for return. and tell you we cannot return back your product so you take product overself and we genrate your coupon of your product price. after 4-5days you can received coupon on your mail id then you shopping which product you want.
result- you also take product aoerself and return and they generate coupon without returning
