Shame on ebay, even though your operating revenue is 20 billion, you suck a big time in providing a proper customer support, and please remember that you are here because of your customers .
Hell lots of issues after placing an order,
Ordered a canon lens on 29th September, scheduled delivery was on 6th of October, later finally it was delivered on 17th of Oct!
Upon opening the box(commented below) I was not able to find the warranty card and also bill and a BROKEN LENS.
So I raised a replacement for my product on 22nd of Oct.
Here the problems started to flow . Such an insane customer support!. Make customer to wait during call and chat. Long waiting period. What do you people consider of your customers?
Got a call after two days stating the product will be replaced and I should wait for a call, supposed to get within 4-5 days.
No calls, no mails later! Sent few snapshots of the product and packing to the customer service .
this is seriously frustrating to just raise a query in a huge online market giant like ebay! PEOPLE SERIOUSLY SUCK
