I bought girls ladish comic jacket from eBay, but I received a bad quality and damaged product. I put a claim for return my money , but the eBay customer support told me we won’t refund because of the quality issue, and he is telling that eBay is not guarantee for any product is damaged or bad quality.
He force me to contact seller for that issue, even I try to contact the mobile number it is not working. Finally I called again eBay customers support . He is told finally told me the same thing eBay guarantee not responsible for bad quality and damaged product , I’f quality is not included and no guarantee for product damaged is not included . So what the eBay is giving guarantee for the products buyers.
Finally I recognize eBay is selling fraud things only the products eBay is telling eBay guarantee include that their is no product quality an there is no guarantee of no damage.
