I have TERRIBLE experience with ebay.
I ordered an item in July 2011. The seller minnietuteja2011(they have another id accesorize11) sent me a totally different item. The Pune based lady is rude n arrogant when I called her. I called eBay help. They asked me to work it out with seller. It didnt work out. I applied for eBay money back guarentee. eBay sent me mail that they are processing it. After that THEY JUST WONT REPOND ANYMORE. They marked my item as received and closed the case. I did all I could and got no response from eBay. They wont reply to any email. If I Call customer support they will tell me that they will get back. They will not allow me to escalate. There is no such option apparently.
I think eBay India staff are hand-in-hand with a bunch of fraud sellers. NEVER EVER by from eBay India if you care about your money.
