Wasted My Money For A Cracked Product From Ebay

One month before I have ordered a Pebble Blue Front Glass for my samsung galaxy SIII from Ebay, few basic tools for replacing the were also ordered along with the Front Glass, I have waited for 30 days to receive the corrier at my home, I have ordered this Glass because my screen glass were broken, The price of the glass were very costly in the open market, I have found found that the price were very cheaper in Ebay, that made me to take a decision to purchase from Ebay, Cash delivery were not available in my Area, so I have purchased the item through my HDFC Credit card.


After 30 days I have received the courier, it was a horrible moment for me, When I opened the courier box I was shocked, the glass were broken to pieces which were uncountable, see hoe careful and irresponsible are ebay to customers, they don’t pay any respect to our hard earned money, when I ordered a glass to repair my broken glass, they have provided me a Broken glass, I don’t believe that this is the problem with the courier service, I hope that they have cheated me by providing me broken glass, these are the incidents happening to many customers.


I will share some of the other worst sides of Ebay that I have experienced with. I have never purchased any products from ebay after this bad incident to me, even my of my frinds have also faced with similar worse incidents and situations with ebay, when we see some offers and cheap rates with this ebay we go for it, and finally thins will happen like this, but this is not the thing happening with other online portals, I am regular purchaser of online gadgets from sites like FlipKart and Amazon, I really appreciate their service, they do not do the things like this.




  • Take too much time and days to receive the shipment.




  • Order tracking system on the website is too laggy.




  • Its very difficult to getting connected to the Customer support.




  • Receives the items purchased with scratches and cracks.




  • Refunds and replace rejected and they put forward some reason that we are not aware




  • Accessories provided with mobile is not working for my friend




  • Ebay App is very slow to browse the categories.






These are the main problem with Ebay, This is the incidents happened to me and my friends, may vary for others, anyway readers consider this things in mind while purchasing something from Ebay.
