The worst experience of my life, with this online shopping.
I bought an iPhone 5 from ebay GEB . When I got the item the charger was not working I opened a case against that the details are given below .

I got a call regarding this claim and he told that he can only give rs.500 coupon on this case.And later when I checked the status it shows
that buyer cancelled the claim. I didnt do such a foolish thing because an apple iPhone original charger cost around Rs.1500 then how can I close this claim? From where I can get a charger for 500 . I found many duplicate chargers in ebay.in below 500.
I didnt tell him to cancel the claim. I need a response as soon as possible . And I need a final decision from an higher officials .
Please explain me why the claim was rejected wrongfully by giving false reason by the claim adjuster "ashish2010", Also can you provide me a copy of conference call on which I asked to him to cancel the claim as it is recorded on eBay servers?
I am struggling to resolve this issue. Do not waste your time and money here in ebay .
