I purchased "42 Mbps Latest HUAWEI e372 2G 3G 4G UNLOCKED USB modem FASTEST internet datacard(161152118653)" from seller whose member id is "modemshop" and 99.5% positive feedback. Sale date: 28/01/14.
Till date I haven’t received my item and even my money has not been refunded yet. I left negative feedback for seller which I was able to watch for two days, but today I observed that negative feedback I left for seller was removed by eBay India.
Under my eBay account its showing now that Item has been shipped and time you will get is around 10-Feb-2014. Bad shipping and customer service.
Even I saw that item has six month seller warranty which is different from company’s warranty.
Don’t trust feedback on eBay. They misguide their customers.
