I ordered a yureka mobile from ebay on jan 2016. They take 10 days to deliver the product to me. When I checked my mobile than its camera is not working properly .
I make calls to ebay care but they dont pick up my calls then I send many emails to them to file a complain in ebay about the mobile. But I recieve no response from customer care of ebay.
After 15 days passed then they said that we can not return the mobile, I feel very disappointed. They said that you have to contact yureka care centre for the mobile problem. So, please guyz don’t ever buy from ebay.
