Hopeless buying experience. They send you wrong or inferior products and then won’t even take them back. If you raise claim, they will promise some coupons(which you never get) and close your claim. My claim 692153 is unresolved since 18th October 2015.
They offered me 50% refund in form of coupon, which I am yet to receive. I had to keep the inferior product because they don’t have pickup facility and I don’t have time to hunt for courier service and again followup with ebay.
In short, better buy from any other e-retailer, even if it slightly more expensive. but not form ebay. And their customer care is even more pathetic- they never answer your calls unit you wait for 20-30 mins.
