This is my worst ever nightmare of shopping online with Ebay and Ive vowed never again to go online.
I bought a tab and it was shipped to me in 5 days but then the product was defective. I had to run 3 days to get the DOA certificate. I sent them the DOA certificate, then the shipment return certificate and when I raised a claim to ask for a refund almost all customer support personnel were rude and bullying me. Every time I called in for a status update, all that they would say was "The claim will be settled in 20 days" Oh.Gosh.what the hell was going on? But the truth is the claim has not be settled till date (it is one month since I opened the claim). Ebay is worse. Never had a good experience with it.
My simple advice to those who are trying to buy online is this:
The product delivery will take a minimum of 3 days and if defective it will be a lifetime before you get a replacement/refund
The product will mostly be defective on arrival
The claim process will make you run around for several days(minimum 20 days)
If you think youd save some time and money - go to hell.youll end up losing what you already have.
The customer support is NEVER PROMPT. They are the worst that Ive ever contacted.
If you want to speak to a supervisor or a manager, you WILL NOT be able to .
They will never call you back
They are the masters - as a customer you dont have anything to SAY
