Ebay - Pathetic delivery & service!

It is a well known fact that Ebay doesn’t screen their vendors. But their service cannot be compared with any other company of similar service and size and they are so pathetic. Ebay doesn’t publish their support desk numbers prominently on their site. Being a tech savvy person, it took me at least 10 minutes to locate the numbers and now I know the reason. They want to make it difficult for anyone to call them so that they can cope up with the number of calls that they receive in a day.


Coming to the issue, as per Ebay site, the item that I ordered is located in the same city as I live and normally it takes around a day to ship the same. With that kind of information I ordered for the item, expecting that the items will be delivered at least by two days. Items were not shipped on the same day but next day they got shipped and even after 4 days, I’m yet to receive the items.


Blue Dart courier played their part by updating their status saying they made an effort to deliver the item but the door was locked.


1) The time mentioned by Blue Dart as supposed delivery time, we were present at the address.


2) Blue Dart guys never made an attempt to contact me before or after the supposed delivery.


Most ridiculous reply by any online support; they advice me that I wait for 7 days before contacting them again.
