I ordered on 29th December around 12 am for paisapay id 38232137620. Then I found that email was registered with you on my previous address then I called your helpline on which the guy said, he has take a request and it will be done in the day.
The next day I called many times to connect where couple of times your executive banged the phone on me. Later I got connected and he taken my request for complaint number 1-41042292510 and he said my order will come on my current address, which he said he has changed. Later I received a call from your 022 61322300 to confirm that they have changed the address. But today again I received the email from vendor and ebay that they are not able to find me on the address of delivery. On which I wrote to the vendor that I have shifted from the address. On which he reverted that he can not deliver the product and I have to order again.
I called on your helpline at 16:26 hrs, where Priyanka Ebay executive banged the phone on me.
There helpline will never take you seriously.
