I paid online for TPU cover on 13 Dec 2013, details are as follows:

Date claim opened: 24-12-2013.
Its very painful to know that refund approval process takes lot of time from your end, transaction was done on 13 Dec 2013. Because of your system problem/failure online payment made (item came marked as prepaid) but courier asking for COD. It went back I wrote to eBay, after that process took another 25 days to approve claim which was on 7th Jan 14 & worst part I emailed again on 20th Jan. No response from eBay till 26 Jan.
Then I talked with customer care on 26 January 2014 at 5.23 pm for 39 minutes where I came to know its going to take another 15-20 days to revert my money.
This all shows your breach of contract & negligence towards customer service and use customer money without their consent. A customer who has paid eBay on 13 December 2013, has not received item for which I paid nor I received money back since 45 days.
