WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

FIRSTLY I DON’T EVEN WANT TO RATE 1 STAR FOR THIS PATHETIC SERVICE

On 16th I placed an order and gave a call to customer support to change the contact number and address as it was Old address. Agent took the new address and also asked me to email seller on the same.


Seller clearly denied saying they don’t have any option to change the address. On 19th, I had called customer care again to confirm the same. Agent, Kajol informed it will taken care by Logistic team once the product is been picked up from Seller. As confirmed by Kajol, I had emailed Seller to dispatch. Even after repeated confirmation, product is been dispatched to the old address and unable to contact Blue dart team as the numbers updated in website are incorrect.


Today I spoke to person who was just saying that agent whom I spoke to on 16th oct has not updated any address. Is that my problem?


Every time, you guys ask me to contact Seller, I’m not buying from his website. I’m buying from Ebay. So you should take responsibility to resolve customer problem.


And the agent whom I spoke today, disconnected the call when I was still speaking. Worst ever service. I would definitely pay more and buy from Amazon instead of your worst site


I have wasted my time in calling your customer support and email this details.
