Worst customer service , protects powersellers

Got a damaged laptop from a powerseller. I cannot give a negative feedback. Seller is asking me to get a brand new laptop repaired!


Ebay customer care is not responding back even after filing a claim. It has been 15 days now stuck with the laptop.
