Consumer select it due to its old name in the E-commerce.Its good point is that it also contains foreign products U.S. products under Global easy buy. It gives you final cost including customs & shipping all. So that you don’t have to pay extra custom duties.
But as there are strong competitors like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, its ranking has gone below. All other sites like Flipkart & all hold their place in the market here ebay lags. Though their Ebay guarantee is good but it takes time to claim the queries.
Also their shipping is too delayed compared to other competing sites. On Amazon & Flipkart buying product is an easy experience which not good on ebay.in
Ebay.in contains used products as well also there is an option for bidding. You can bid for the product to win at highest price. But its not that much useful. Also before buying second hand product it is recommended to confirm & look at other options as well.Overall A good site but not in competition with other large players like Amazon n all.
