I have paid my amount to eBay on 11th Jan for Tamron 150-600mm lens. sreegurustore kolkatta is the shiper and after various communication they told me on 14th Jan that it is already given to Blue dar on 12th. He shown me some slip also. Whn I checked the detail on Blue Dart Tracking the given number is showing as "Incorrect Number". I ahd contacted Blue Dart Kolkatta they said the consignment number does not exist.
I again talked to the shiper Sujit Roy owner of sreegurustores and he told again the same that material is with Blue Dart. I talked to the eBay people they said talk to shipper we can’t do anything on this. In every communication it is being said that the material will not be any issue.
At last I filled written complaint after long effort of searching the link to post an email on eBay and till this time no reply.
As per committed delivery date which is 18th eBay automatted refund started, which is kept hold by paisapay saying investigation and the findings will be final.
I am feeling helpless as my money is on stack.
