I have ordered table from EBAY on 25th-Sep.First thing is that I received the product very late .second thingit was brokenproduct.when I contacted to seller and EBAY they assured me that your money will be refunded soon.I raisedthe Claim for the same. When again Icontact EBAY , got to know that myclaim was closed wrongly, there is no way to reopen the claim.
But they assure me that they are escalating the matter and I am going to receive the call in next 48 -72 hours.Now It was like one and half month and even after contacting regularly on EBAY customer care , Every time I only received assurance that I am going to call in next 72 hours
