I ordered a Xiaomi 10400MAH power bank on eBay. It arrived after a week.
There was 50 % charge in the product (2 out of 4 lights on). I charged the product and within an hour, all lights were on and product was fully charged.
I used it to charge my mobile but within 10 min, all the charge in the power bank was used up and I had to charge the power bank again.So, in short, the charge in power bank keeps getting discharged.
I provided feedback on eBay site asking for product replacement or money back but its been over a week and I only see messages asking me for details, screenshot of the device , etc. NO ACTION from either eBay or the seller(godgifted55).Really frustrating experience with eBay and product. !!
