I ordered a lycan gym set 14kg 2momths ago through debit card.As I was no getting updates about order after 15days of placing the order, in distress I called ebay, where they gave me the number of the seller. When I called on that number it was switch off I called ebay over and over again but nothing help.I cannot even cancel the order and get my refund on my bank account , now as the seller is not even picking up my call. After 7 more days the seller finally took my call and he said that our office was closed for 20days and they will now ship my order. When I got to know this I immediately asked for refund and after 15 days I finally got my refund and then I bought some other companie’s from olx. I will never ever buy from ebay . It is not at all reliable and it wasted a month of time . Ebay customer care don’t have any clue about the goods, they are like 3rd party operater , they relly directly on the sellers.
