Today I want to tell you my experience about eBay online shopping before 8 months . I order expensive watch for my brother and I am so excited waiting for it , the order before one day, I received the parcel the box is in the bad condition and I am shocked the watch too damaged then , I complainted eBay customer care they asked to contact seller back then I went on live chat and horrible their chat agents don’t reply customer queries. I raise to claim watch after it then seller contacted me that he will be arranging the replacement then I asked to send the package .no response .
I never think about shopping on eBay and I suggest you please don’t buy this product from ebay.
