Ebay.in is worst shopping website. First of all you can not see the full price of the item untill your checkout page. That is still tolerable. But when seller do not ship the item or item listing ended after your purchase. Ebay does not refund the money and don’t get me started on refunding your coupons. Its a night mare. I am on call with ebay customer care while writing this review which they cut twice after putting me on hold. In my current case I am waiting to get a coupon from 23 days of the product which was not shipped in 3 months 16 days ago. So guys if your product not shipped or canceled. you will have to call them once a week and every time they will escalate. And I want to stand up and clap for the coupon team of Ebay because they have WON the award of not working among all the shopping websites.
Piece of advice.: If you want to get coupon from Ebay.in. 1) Free your one hour on weekdays because coupon team does not work on weekdays but come to office and on weekends they do their work from home which is nothing. 2) Do not cut the call untill you get the coupon . They will say that they have escalated and next time you will call you will see no escalation.
As I said in on call with ebay right now. After 23 days they are saying that they haven’t even received your complaint. Please raise a Complaint first. . Now the worst customer service award goes to Ebay.in.
