They don’t deserve to get even a star also. Customer services, the poorest of the poorest ever. And the ebay guarantee, sucks just for the name sake.
I got my watch a defective one which I went myself to authorized service center and fixed. And simply closing the claim coz I only told them. I’m not pleased at all. Raised another ticket 4 refund on one more item which they said that they will give the coupon which i can buy from ebay. Bloody hell, I’m not n idiot which I have to order from ebay again. Told them to close the ticket, getting irritated.
I will look into this site again.
