I had some products which I had intended to buy at Ebay.in, it was my first shopping experience on ebay, I tried to place some products such as Beard trimmer, Dandruff shampoo during the time of checkout I was searching for the c.o.d option, then I came to know that ebay has no cod option then I completed my order via Paytm and waited for the products to deliver, Each order has different delivery date and few products got delivered, and few products got cancelled due to no stock, if there is no stock why do they allow me to place an order then I contacted customer care they told me that there is no stock which is why we cancelled the order, I even requested them to send those products when they are in stock but they refused to send them. The product quality was not that good, though they delivered only 2-3 products they took nearly 15 days for the delivery, Ebay app on windows platform is worst, the app doesn’t load at all, the app exits frequently, As per my experience ebay.in is not reliable, I never had a thought of buying products from this site after such experince
