This is my personal experience of this app. I ordered a bluetooth device named ’sony SBH20’ on 12th of january 2017. I paid them the full amonut of rs.1099 with my paytm cash. The estimated product delivery date was 16th - 17th jan. On 17th of jan I did’nt get my product so I did a talk with the website and they informed me that I will receive it within 2 days. And it did, I got my product on 19th jan. From outside the product was looking good and actually it was good till its battery got ended. I kept it on charging for an hour and then again tried to use and I found that there was no charging in it yet. And when I saw it carefully I found that it was not charging. The device was not able to charge anymore so I straitaway had a talk with the company and they told me to solve my problem but still it is unsolved.!
