With eBay I had the worst shopping experience. There is no buyer protection in eBay. I bought a product which was of a bad quality, when I raised a claim to return the product, eBay rejected my claim stating not eligible for claim. I tried to contact seller but there’s no response from them.
My last hope was with the eBay from where I bought. I have no business with the 3rd party here. I bought in eBay I didn’t like the product so I raised claim and eBay is asking me to contact the seller. What is eBay doing then? Really worst customer experience. I have exchanged products I. Other e commerce companies even got my money back. My one request from public is "Never go to eBay" it doesn’t have buyer protection policy. eBay is one waste company sells the product and never cared for what it just sold. I was sold a fake product. I was cheated. I did not get my refund I just wasted my money. Very disappointed. Never ever want to buy anything from eBay.
