I would request you all not to purchase anything from ebay as its the worst e-commerce site, i have ever experienced in my whole life till now .I purchased a Micromax Canvas A300 White Gold MOBILE PHONE from ebay on 27th august 2014 PaisaPay ID:37227106209(with this email id anjali1_del@yahoo.com as a guest user), but they cancelled the deal by saying that seller is unknown or is not responding their calls. Its not my fault, they should have provided me another phone at the same rate since it was their fault and also I applied a discounted coupon through HDFC bank also in that.
Even though they refunded my money and provided us new coupons in place of above coupons, but when we tried to purchase an Item from ebay again and tried to apply the coupon on it, it didn’t work. When we complained to their customer care regarding the same, they told us that our problem will be resolved very soon but its about 3 months to be completed but my problem has still not been resolved. We called their customer care many times, even mailed(anjali1_del@yahoo.com) them regarding the same many times but we didn’t get even a single reply from them not even a acknowledgement mail once for so many mails I sent to them.
Somebody suggested me that I should describe my nightmare on this site so that other people can be saved from going through the same ordeal through which I went. I have lost every hope of getting my problem resolved ever so at last I thought to write here for my friends.
