I want to share my worst expeirence with you , I buy a Sony OEM powerbank from ebay and ebay send first copy of that power bank and when I submit a complaint they automatically close my complaint. Ebay said contacte to sender and when I contact to sender he refuses to do anything.
i was suprised by sender he said do what ever you want I don’t refund your money. I called ebay continuously for 5month and after 5 month I get my refund but only 50% amount .
