I have purchased a product from e bay on Dec 23rd. By January 2nd, I received a mail saying that they have shipped it and I will receive it shortly.I didnt receive the product neither I received any call from them, so I asked for refund. On Jan 19th, I saw a message saying that refund is on hold.After that there was no communication from their side and no product has reached me as of now.
It was my responsibility to call them once in 2 days to check the status .and today 21st Feb, I got a reply from them saying they have shipped the item .I have paid on dec 23rd.Such is their unprofessional approach that the last guy whom I have contacted replied that "Finally, you are receiving your product, so what is the issue.
I was floored.Please dont go for ebay.in friends.
