Paisapay id 39390774285. The netis w2118s network adapter received was found defective and was under 3 years manufacturers warranty as per seller. However when I contacted netis through email, netis refused any manufacturers warranty in India, since their is no service centre in India. They asked me to contact seller but ebay seller isn’t responding since he has sold item on false claim of manufacturer’s warranty. Then I contacted ebay 4 times and offered to send screen shot of netis email who said we do not have any warranty of this product, but these cheats(ebay) never reverted back me. Everytime the CC executive said that we will revert in 48 hrs. This is not first time I have been cheated by Ebay seller. It happened 2nd time. Because of lower price I got trapped into a trap of ebay.
To add to your wows it is pathetic to make a call to ebay CC toll free number. They ask so much of details that even your DoB and all that you will get into a trauma. You must need to remember the oldest number and address you registered to call these buggers.
No Indian e-retailer is as pathetic as ebay.
My humble request to all, please ignore ebay once and please ignore ebay forever. Ebay is full of fraud sellers who find it an easy channel to dispose of faulty and duplicate products. and ebay owns no responsibility at all.
