Today is 22 September, neither the product has reached me nor did the refund.
Despite of repetitive calls and follow up with the seller, courier FedEx and EBAY, no resolution has been provided after 37 days.
Ebay Gurantee states 20 days, do hell with 20 days I have given them 22 days and 14 days of product delivery.
I am pissed of listening to there EXTRAVAGANT, SUPREME, IRRITATING and REPITITIVE ANSWERS over CALL:
1) We are not authorised to transfer the call to FLOOR MANAGER
2) No Floor Manager is available
3) You will get a CALLBACK in next 48 hrs
4) NO Direct transfer to the ESCALATION TEAM.
Are we customers nuts to keep following up with the company for the MONEY?
