I must warn all who wish to purchase online on Ebay, their service has seteriorated significantly since Bazee was merged. I have had the terrible experience of dealing with them recently in which I lost money on account of wrong delivery.
If the courier company delivers your goods to a wrong address, neither Supplier nor Ebay cares or does a follow up on the same. Except you all the other parties will be happy since everyones commercal goal is achieved. Ebay customer service is a nightmare and I am shocked at the stoic and arrogant attitude they have. Please please be aware of the possible consequences of such mis deliveries. I have also received incomplete goods in the past but havent complained.
But in this case, I have lost the complete money. Ebay will track your mail, phone number and send u spams. You cant even delete your account when you want to.
