I know most of the people who have bought things from ebay had a bad time but its not the fault of ebay rather it is the fault of the seller that is selling the goods because ebay doesn’t has any of the goods the sellers sign up and start selling their on the site. I had also ordered some sort of fragile stuff it came cracked and then I raised claim and the product also stayed with me and the refund also processed within 8-9 days.
