EBay gives worst service. Paisapay guarantee has no meaning. Last thing they are bothered about is customer.
I had logdged a claim on 30 august, they reverted on 6th and said I would receive a coupon in 7 to 10 days. after seven days the customer care tell it is 7 to 10 working days.
After 11 working days customer service says there was an issue with the system. when I demanded cash refund, ebay says again "6-8 working days" never ending circle. my only question to ebay, if you are making customer pay before you initiate order. what shitty process takes months to give refunds?
