I had purchased iphone which was giving a lot of trouble . I got it replaced but even the new piece was not proper . I finally decided to return it and apply for the refund. I returned it within 7 days but it has been around one and a half month now.
No refund has been processed and none of the calls are getting answered ! Such a pain ! ??
