I bought a Nikon zoom lens camera mug. It was a waste of Rs.1500. The combined experience of eBay’s horrible customer support and useless seller Photovatika have convinced me to never buy on eBay again. When I sent a video proof that the mug was leaking, the seller refused to take responsibility.
Ebay Guarantee ignored my comments and called me when I couldnt receive calls, and then rejected claims on the stupid reason that videos are not acceptable proof. Only they know how I’m supposed to click pictures of water droplets leaking from the mug.
Nowhere is this point of their policy written. Customer representative Chinmaya was the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever spoken to. Beware of this rubbish, lying, thieving company and its sellers.
