I bought item with eBay that item size is wrongly ordered by me so before shipping I send a mail to seller I done a wrong size order so you please change the size I mention size that mail but they didnt change the size they don’t care about my mail after I received my item I raid the compliant but eBay is customer care people telling we are not responsible for the issue you have to contact seller we are only a mediator I but amazon, flipkart.snapdeal they are always exchange the item and good customer support this eBay is cheating so very careful buy from eBay I don’t like and I will recommt to any buyers
