I am writing this review for the awareness to the new online buyers. Many of us like Ebay for their cheaper electronic items than market.
I bought one Original Nokia Stereo Bluetooth Headset BH-503 BH503 Superb Sound in April 26th 2013. PaisaPay ID 33566524839.Ebay seller Id eshopnow99, Seller name XAVIRA SHETH. After three months on 20th Aug 2013 my headphone and charger both stopped working together.
I contacted the seller as it was under seller’s warranty. They told me to send the head phone to their office address. I couriered the head phone through DTDC courier Consignment number V13732165 Secured Pouch number 7012317 on 26th August 2013.
Till date now I am following up with the seller and begging to send my head phone in any condition.You don’t want to give any replacement don’t give. You don’t want to repair it please don’t repair. I just want my head phone back which is in any condition. But they are not bothered about it. I am keeping in touch daily with the seller but totally wasted. No response from them. This was the service given by the seller from Ebay.
Now second part of the true story of mine. I contacted Ebay and informed them. This is happened with me. Ebay Official told me they can only help if anything will happen in between one month. After one month Ebay will not be responsible. This is Ebay guarantee for the period of one month. My question is from the common people. After one month when Ebay guarantee got over and the electronic item is under seller’s warranty customer send his electronic item to the seller and seller is not responding after receiving the electronic item. We don’t know seller but we know Ebay and we used to purchase items from there.
I am unable to put pressure neither on the seller nor on the Ebay to help me in getting my head phone in any condition. Now tell me if you bought the electronic items from Ebay and it stopped working after one month, what you will do? You will send your electronic item to the seller if covers under sellers warranty. If Seller will not ship or not respond to your mails/calls. Means you are cheated and there is no way to put the pressure on the seller to get your electronic item back. It’s always better to buy the electronic products from the showroom and shops.
