I was customer of ebay from long time and bought lot of products. Earlier years back ebay.is the reliable online shopping portal in India. But now a days, ebay is not really good in resolving the customer issues. The issue is with some of the sellers in ebay, they will send you the cheap and duplicate products and if you have to return means, you have to pay the shipping charges back. Now a days many of the fraud sellers were cheating customers on ebay.
Ebay will assure the ebay claim guarantee but some times there wont be any update for weeks after you raise the claim. Also I suggest to be more careful when buying the imported LED’s and mobiles. They mention one year dealer warranty. Once you buy the product and the seller gets this money he may not pick your call. This is not with all the sellers, but with some sellers in ebay.
