I had one order from ebay "Keyboard Leather Case Cover Pouch for Zync Z-990 HCL ME Tab U1 MicroMax Funbook" from seller "smartbuyer_2012" through First Flight Courier service. After one day from dispatched, I could see it was delivered in there site. But it is not delivered yet to me. I send mail/ contacted them through phone to see proof of delivery. But neither seller nor courier service provided the proof.
Atlast I asked ebay and here is the chat log pasted below. You can judge how effective there paisapay policy is. gittopaul I haven’t received the product till now. But in the site, it is shown as delivered. FIRST FLIGHT is worst service I have ever seen in my life.
They are telling its delivered to my office. But I checked with them twice, its not received there. After couple of calls to there white field office, they have given me the courier boy number. He told he will come on last Friday and show me details of delivery and to whom he has given. But he didn’t come. When I asked him on evening, he was scolded me telling that he has lot of work and cannot come. Then he told he will come on monday. Now when I tried contacting him, its shown always busy... looks like he added my number to block list. His number is 09980521370
