Hi today I am sharing my experience with ebay.in site where I feel harrased and cheated
I have ordered some clothes from e bay 15 days before as they were looking good and at reasonable price.
Customer service what can I say about ebay they just leave me on seller hand the clothes ordered by me was not fit so I thought to exchange it to a number high but when contacted the seller he told me to dispatch the clothes to his city and arrange to pick up the changed order because for him delivery cost is more than the products ordered.
For me the site is not useful because there must be some policy to exchange the product without any hassle
Product quality is average and not that much good what it was looking when ordered.
So in my opinion do not shop from ebay instead go for other alternatives sites as they have a clear and concise refund and return policy.
