I purchased a charger for my microsoft lumia from ebay.in and I received a charger of local brand and the charger was wrapped into a piece of news paper inside a very bad packing. Ebay.in is one of the online shopping sites claiming to have products at low range and it is true as well. The product are way more cheaper here comparative to others but the thing is that they are all fake.
Sellers on ebay.in are not at all trust-able and there is not even any such guarantee given by ebay that a one can recognise any trusted seller within plenty of fake sellers. And also the refund scheme or replacement scheme for this is not at all reliable. The charger I bought, as I told before was totally fake and when I found it fake after opening the packet I thought about getting it replaced or if possible then a refund but there was no such possibility as I could not get a refund or could not even get a replacement with an original charger. I tried every possible way I could take. I tried to find the details of seller so that I could call them or send a mail to them about it and get a replacement but I could not at all find any such contact detail. After all this I was finally left with an option to contact ebay directly and talk about the problem and get a replacement but there was no such response from them. I was so unsatisfied with the services by them as after a payment for the product first and so much of harassment there after, what I got was a totally fake charger. And finally I threw it in junk yard as I could not take any risk by charging my phone with a duplicate charger as I never trust them. It might have ruined my phones battery as well due to which it would have taken me under more loss.
An incident quite same happened to my friend as well. He ordered an earphone from ebay and the same thing happened there as well. The earphone was totally fake. Infact one of it’s lids was not even working and when he tried to get a refund, he couldn’t get it then he tried to get it atleast replaced with a one that works finely but he could not even get the replacement. It disappointed me a lot and there after I decided that I will never buy anything from ebay.in nor I ever suggest anyone to buy anything from there.
