I choose to buy from eBay because I wanted to buy a product which was only available on eBay. I played full money online and it assured me that the product will be delivered within the date given but after the date passed they gave me new date again.
I place complaint on eBay but did not received support from customer support after few day the, I received the product. But when I opened the box, I found the product was faulty. After many complaint the took the product back and refunded my minimum amount after deducting the shipping charges.
