I bought Samsung Mobile phone from eBay and it is been advertised with eBay guarantee for replacement / refund. when I received the product found that speaker is not working and registered claim(527453) for replacement. After 15 days I received a feedback from eBay saying that the product is came with 1 year manufactured warranty and any technical or manufacturing defects can’t be claimed. Then why the hell they have mentioned on there site product is supported with buyers protection.
I advise don’t purchase any item from eBay(Seller ID: advaith-inc).
