Ebay is no doubt the best shopping website all over the world. But the best thing is their customer support.
Yesterday I called them up because I was not able to update my contact number after scanning my account properly when reps where not able to help me they quickly connected me with their team lead and guys even after listening to my shouting ( since I got frustrated) this lady was calm. She even calmed me down and at last gave me the solution and fixed my problem.
My problem went complicated because of 2 reasons. Same numbet used by another user and my registration was done in ebay.com rather than ebay.in. Overall 100 stats to this lady from ebay support team. They did not gave up rather ended with a solution.
