Ebay buyer BE AWARE!

If you are buying from ebay, please bear in mind that minimum waiting time for customer care executive is 13-15min. ebay is simply wasting buyers time nothing but really a pathetic experience after sales support.


I bought one electronic item from ebay. After I received the item, it was all damaged.The speaker grill on the product was dented. scratches on the top cover. box was damaged.


Now here is the game.I called ebay to tell this and the customer care executive told me that except dent on speaker grill, all damages are mentioned below item description. When I saw  that item code, below description it showed in big and bold all things about damages and scratches. It was written  boldly which you cant miss out. Then I wondered how come I missed that.As soon as you book and pay for the item, this information becomes very prominent. This is the strategy of ebay. Otherwise I think its mentioned in terms and condition.


So please beware, if you are booking a product from ebay. I booked on 13thOct, 2014. I immediately in one hour filed the claim, which got opened on 20th Oct, 2014. Inspite of sending damage item photographs, I am still waiting for my refund, refund of payback points.Shopping experience on ebay was really troubling, pathetic and unprofessional.


ebay or any other service should be shut down, and not allowed to trade, if they don’t have customer service team to cater the buyer.
