After delivery of my product I complained regarding missing parts after 30 to 40 minutes long call waiting for which they took 4 days.
When I called again solution they gave me direct seller will contact me but seller never called me. Then again after some days I again called them after waiting for 30 minutes on call for their reply and this happened 3 to 4 times - they asked me to return the product by courier as they can’t send someone to collect it.
