I bought a Iphone 5S Gold from ebay.in. PaisaPay ID: 39176327707. After excitedly opening the mobile box and inserting the SIM card I realized that the Iphone was not working. I called up ebay for help.they were not at all helpful. It was a shock. After spending so much money on an Iphone, when one ends up getting a faulty product from a well know online retailer it can be very disappointing. More disappointing is when they are not forthcoming.
I was told to write an email and I did that. I am waiting for their reply. Fortunately the Apple service center replaced the mobile but the whole exercise and ordeal has been very disappointing. My faith in ebay.in and its seller was so shaken that I will think twice before using ebay again.
