I wish I could give it a zero rating.I purchased a blue tutu dress for my daughters fifth birthday from eBay sold by #besttutu sellers run by Ms Tejaswini from Raipur. The dress looked superb in the pics but what I received was so shabby that its hard to believe. An ordinary low quality dress was sent which was no where close to what was shown in pics. I received the courier in a day. After looking at the dress I was sure I would need to exchange it. I called up eBay and waited for 1/2 an hour on their toll free number. The executive suggested me to speak with the seller directly and return it. I called the lady, but she made it quite clear that she would not return the dress worth 2800 INR, come what may.
I called eBay again since the product was under eBay guarantee. Ebay guarantee again sounds like a sham as the executive I spoke with read out a list of cases where eBay hair enter doesnt apply. After a lot of following up, they opened my eBay guarantee account and mentioned that I would get a call asap for verification. Its been five days and I have received no calls from eBay.
Worst ever online purchase experience. I have bought stuff from jabong, Amazon, lime road, flipcart, and exchanged, got refund in a click. But this seems to be a nightmare. Not sure if this is the problem with eBay or the seller(besttutu), and why they listed such a seller. Would request all readers to thoroughly check besttutu products before buying.
