This one is being made by by Vishal Prints and has the MM label. The saree looked great in the comp screen so decided to order it online( I kind of fell for it. feeling). Arrived duly after a week. Because lots of people are selling the same stuff in different websites at different prices- this time I decided to scann all the sari websites( https://cbazaar.in/party-wear-saree/manish-malhotra-collection/refined-saree-p-saaa211.html; bharat plaza.com, and many others) All my market survey finally lead me back to ebay.in where I found a saree seller( Kanupriyas) selling it for Rs. 5023. Prices range from Rs. 6000+ to Rs 8000/=.Unfortunately we do not have the software for search by "product picture" in Ebay then maybe I would have located more sellers. But I think I got an okay deal money wise. Now about the saree. its a dream.its beautiful and one feels like royalty after draping it. I have no words to describe its beauty. My kids did not like the shade of light green color in it but Its acceptable to me. The saree has been stitched( all the embroidery work is what I am referring to here) really well. No loose threads/ sequins falling off etc. Its dryclean only and warm iron on reverse. The georgette fabric is smooth and of a superior quality that doesn’t crumple. Blouse piece of dark green color was attached. It has an arissa saree label at the bottom. Yesterday while surfing the net I again I came across this website https://arissa.com/main.html, which hosts the entire collection by all designers and its lovely. When you click on buy it opens in Ebay.in but all the sarees are not available in Ebay and the worst part is that they are available on bid& buy and not as buy it now.
The item was delivered on 22nd May’13 with invoice stating 1 year warranty. I started facing issues with the cell phone such as phone getting hanged/warm, battery drain etc and finally on 6th Sept the cell phone started getting re-started. I immediately visited Samsung support center with its invoice& to my utter surprise, they instantly confirmed that this cell phone is out of warranty since it is not from India. Samsung further gave me in writing that the cell phone can’t be serviced in India even after paying the charges. On the other side, when the case was reported to Ebay, they repeatedly said one thing that they are not liable for anything post 30 days of item delivery. Their automated system is prompt enough to come back& say that the query resolution/revert will be given within 48hrs however it takes >2 weeks for them to respond even after sending multiple reminders. Outcome: Now a customer(me) is stuck with a non working phone, where Samsung says the phone can’t be repaired since it is from outside India& Ebay is not taking the ownership. The matter is informed the dealer through his email id and reminded many times through eBay account. He was never responding to my mails, not even acknowledge the receipt of the mails. I tried to get him in his phone number, but it was always switched off. Then I filed a complaint in ebay support. The eBay replied me that to protect me under eBay Guarantee the claim is required to be filed within the given timelines. Unfortunately, as the timelines have already lapsed, it’s too late to open a claim. That means eBay protection is not available after around 45 days. So what we can do when the dealer denied the promised warranty after 45 days? Nothing. Now I have to spend Rs.5000/- to get the TV repaired. No other way. Fooled and cheated by an eBay seller. So my advice is, "NEVER PURCHASE FROM EBAY UNDER DEALER WARRANTY." Make sure to get the Manufacturer warranty duly signed by the seller.
